There’s no real attempt at a visual narrative, each spread forming an individual snapshot of the whimsical rodent in the moment. Tabs at the page edges provide a thumbnail image of one object in the picture, which is bolded within the text. While the complexity of color and composition mark this offering for older babies and toddlers, the sheer sweetness of Miss Mouse’s expression makes this brief sojourn with her well worth the time.
