KIRKUS REVIEW

Four more long stories "in honor of" the genetically engineered warrior whiz Honor Harrington, who toils to keep the right-on Alliance free from the clutches of the evil-empire People's Republic, or Peeps (Worlds of Honor, 1999, etc.). One tale describes an episode from Honor's early career, when she was a young and inexperienced but determined midshipman. Another story details how she acquired her intelligent familiar, Nimitz. Two other yarns, one written by Eric Flint, are set in the same universe but do not directly concern Honor herself. Another triumph for creative packaging: your move.
