Some nice nonfiction leaps onto the list this week: The Science of Good Cooking by The Editors of America's Test Kitchen and Guy Crosby lands at number three in it’s first week on the list. In addition to explaining how food science works (and why you should care), The Science of Good Cooking shows you the science. The book brings readers into the test kitchen with 50 unique (and fun) experiments engineered to illustrate (and illuminate) the science at work.
