750 authors entered the inaugural 2016 Publishers Weekly BookLife Prize in Fiction. TJ Slee won TWO out of the six possible categories with two unpublished manuscripts: Cloister: winner of the Mystery/Thriller category The Vanirim: Winner of the Sci-fi/Fantasy category http://booklife.com/authors/11/28/2016/booklife-prize-in-fiction-names-six-finalists.html The Vanirim went on to be the Grand Prize Winner.
