Harmer in another of his crime takes up a kill hunt for an orphan maker. On a trail studded with ( Jobs) he runs into loanshark and track rackets, kings and manages to get out of the DA doghouse when he hands over crime rings. In getting his prey his life is saved by the orphan he is avenging. Violent visceral.
