AYE, AYE, SIR!

It is funnier than some of the efforts in this direction -- but there is still a gap which should in filled, in which fact and humor and a tinge of satiric commentary proper proportion. This is very slight -- as one might except from the How to Shoot Ducks, How to Catch Trout, etc. And probably, as the cash with those books, people on the inside will treasure it. Good mirth provoker and a chance to laugh at themselves -- for the
