For her new book, a popular historical novelist focuses on the struggle between and the years of Mary's reign and centers it on two characters lady in-Waiting to the Queen, the other- Jerry a ""liberal Against her will Hal is betrothed to a Duke whom she decides and attracted to a man beneath her station. But Jerry's bravery in these hectic months the of Hal's snobbery and leads her to relinquish all for love. With her own home Hal encourages the Queen to flee and thanks to Jerry they manages the grimy hands of not so liberal Puritans. Once sure that her Queen is Hal decides to follow an obstacle course back to her true and a won, reunion. Miss Malvera's portrayal of this era is worth through a somewhat tedious, frequently incredible romance.
