KIRKUS REVIEW

A beyond the beyonder collection of short stories by a top hand in the field. Faster methods of space travel nullify the findings of a 550 year trip to Centaurus: Venusian magic paint is used to test the intelligence of Earth explorers; shipwreck on Mars; the U.S. Navy is baffled by a prehistoric time atom bomb; etc., etc. Much easier on the understanding than this author's SF novels.
