Mr. Sussman has done an adroit and skillful piece of revision, for this now has none of the earmarks of a dated book in a field where the information must be up to the minute in equipment and their use. The factual background, the technical explanations of factors entering the subject, all this must have been there to work with. But the revisions have brought each section up to date; the text has been reset, new illustrations and diagrams have been included, and the whole is an excellent up to the minute guide for beginners and experienced photographers in the amateur field. Good general survey, answering the Whats and Hows.
