LIFE OF A LADY: A Play

The life of Lady Constance Bechdale, told and cleverly, in six acts. The scenes shift from 1929 to the time of the war, and then by gradual steps back to the present, and the gradual disintegration is shockingly portrayed and yet at the same time the sympathy for Lady Constance is sustained. A bit modern for the Little Theatre of Women's Club groups, also expensive to produce because of five stage sets. Two women's parts rest men's parts.
