KIRKUS REVIEW

Designed to answer the questions concerning the sane planning for one's whether for small or large. Various aspects of wills, trusts, insurance, annuities, real property, business property, etc. A thoughtful and thorough coverage, which shows the avenues of information where still further problems can be -- and should be -- routed. The author, a lawyer of wide experience in drawing of wills, and handling of even goes in some detail into legitimate planning for avoidance of unnecessary and double taxing. His viewpoint is, quite frankly, colored somewhat by an antagonist attitude towards current tax programs, and doubts as to future values, but in this attitude he is not alone. Draw to attention of people professionally concerned in the problem -- to customers who will ""take it"".
