BASIC ISSUES IN CHRISTIAN THOUGHT

The former dean of the Boston University School of Theology writes out of a lifetime of leadership in the fields of philosophy and theology. Dr. Knudsen takes the position that many Christians of today are being misled by a superficial naturalism with its false optimism and, on the other hand, are confused by the bewildering par and of neo-orthodoxy. He pleads for a Christian faith which shall be grounded both in faith and in reason. It is a book which will buttress the faith of Protestant theologians of liberal tendencies. A book for theologians and ministers who are trying to think through the theological issues of the day.
