THE MASTER OF JETHART

A little snowdrop about Belinda, whose mother had married a black McLean (there is that curse); he dies and, after supporting herself and Belinda in England as a seamstress, she follows. Belinda goes back with her cousin David to Old Jethart in Scotland--such a grand place were it not for the legend. And David is yet another casualty until Belinda and Hamish, also an orphan, reclaim each other and Jethart. As moist as a teabag the second time around.
