PLAIN TALK FOR WOMEN UNDER 211

Cheerfully written advice for girls in their teens (by the author of Talk for Men Under 21 and popular current TV performer and producer) views present day courtship with present day eyes and tells how to behave, get dates, and think sanely about the future within the limits of currently accepted mores. Chapters deal with the expected topics: going steady, being natural, table manners, pickups, parents, education, clothes and make up- all stressing a blend of naturalness and conservatism. There is little new and the boys still have the edge on social freedoms. But the market for this kind of book is ever wide.
