FREEZING DOWN

A literal chiller (Mr. Bodelsen you may remember wrote two procedural suspense stories) about Bruno, with the malignant lump on his neck, who agrees to be frozen down for twenty years when a cure will have been effected. When he is thawed out only one problem remains -- the life eternal without the girl he had loved who is now down in another drawer. Up and down they both come and go but somehow the new science doesn't really take care of the old humanity so that this is an excitingly matter-of-fact vista of frigor mortis.
