BUGLES IN THE NIGHT

High style action plus the drama of human relations, above and beyond the usual run of Westerns. Major Bonesteele driven by jealousy, sends Captain Sain into a death trap when he orders him to carry the war to the Indians. A second detail is sent out- and the fort evacuated in their absence. Sain save the second expendition and gets help through to Bonesteele's beleaguered group. A portrait of white men worse than red, and women taking over much of the story. Dangerous times in the Southwest.
