BUSY DAY: A Book of Action Words

Waking (elephant in top bunk, mustached man in lower), washing (man at sink with washcloth, elephant outdoors with trunk), dressing (in gaudy costumes), eating (stacks of pancakes), working (putting up a circus tent): so begins the Maestros' latest concept book, which takes the two circus performers through a busy day in comfortably unsophisticated cartoons and (the only text) a series of lower case ""action words."" Effectively simple, with just enough of a visual story to keep things moving without distracting from the exercise.
