Cocolo won all hearts during their sojourn in New York, and his charm comes through every page of his book, -- Cocolo looking out of the window of a basement apartment, Cocolo in a pet hospital, Cocolo finding a real home with a lady who has a farm by the sea. Before the story ends, a little white donkey comes up from Mexico and Cocolo has a mate. Just enough nonsense and excitement to hold youngsters through all phases. Sturdy board, but rather perishable pastel colors. Companion volume to Cocolo oversize.
