THE EIGHTY MINUTE HOUR

There's plenty of action in this space operetta as disruptions in time itself send a motley crew of politicians, rind scientists and lovely ladies caroming through the eons, bursting occasionally into song. The villains are properly villainous and virtue is properly triumphant (more by accident than good management) in this gay conceit which should appeal to admirers of Aldiss in his whimsical vein.
