HORSES ARE FOLKS

Whether you think so or not, this book is a blue ribbon winner, that will bring a gasp of delight from young and adult lovers of fine horses and fine sketches. Striking drawings by the author, of riders and horses -- some full page -- are superior in accuracy of detail and extremely appealing. In this book the parallel between man and horse is drawn very closely the foal taking a few tottering steps like a human baby, the boyish colt, the gay spirited ""teen-ager"", horses of integrity, the horses with ""IQ"", the individualists, the prim-donnas, the touchy, and the great. Full of anecdotes, loving tributes, indignant replies to horse-damners, and the wonderful pictures, this is tops for all ages.
