THE MEANING OF DREAMS

Based on the study of hundreds of cases and dreams, this is an attempt to show what normal people dream about based on a new technique- the ""dream series method""- which supplies a cumulative significance. The evidence here indicates that there are common settings, characters, actions and emotions reflected- as well as certain types of fears and conflicts. Mr. Hall, who is not only non but anti-Freudian, analyzes certain predominant patterns; sex dreams and dreams of aggression; the human triangle relationship; freedom versus security, moral conscience and guilt, life and death, etc.... And there's no kitchen scullery superstition, or on the other hand, medical mumbo jumbo, for what is essentially a straightforward explanation of subterranean personality indications.
