Fairly definite in its recommendations, and extensive in its coverage- all of you, this takes up the care and upkeep of your skin- hair- hands- figure-clothes- general health manners, with advice on how to camouflage your face and figure flaws, keep your weight down, improve your speech and voice, and present a generally poised and polished appearance. There's a closing chapter by and about a man for a woman (the ties she shouldn't buy, etc.). The tone is smart there's a fair amount of name dropping, and a lot of positive advice to give this a reliably sure allure.
