BEYOND THE SUNSET

An English officer, journalist and traveler gives the point of view of youth facing the years of ""peace"" after four years in the trenches. His travels, his year at Oxford, his mountaineering, his views on adult education, on books, all take their place. The best part of the book comes at the end, in his final summing up of his outlook on life in general. Uneven in interest, it is none the less, a rather illuminating book.
