LIBERIA

Value chiefly as a reference book on a country on which little is available by a man who has written before of far-off places, tropical, South American. He tur to Liberia, ""as a nation at peace, a nation in growth"", and primarily as the stron for the production of natural rubber. Its physical properties; its American antec which led to its founding; cities, government, climate, crops, hunting, tribal to and costumes and customs, folk medicine and treatment, education, and- in greater tail- the story of Liberian rubber, a feat in adaptation. Competent and colorful age, this choses Liberia as a land of enterprise and expansion, of promise.
