Good basic information On wind, cloud and air pressure gives us the whys of our common daily atmospheric conditions, and, to make us more conscious of how they behave, there are full suggestions for study:- keeping personal records, noting the barometer, map reading and using the many services of the Weather Bureau. Careers that depend on the weather are also mentioned and the instructions for building and using instruments from a simple weather vane on to more complicated measures are clear and concise.
