THE TODD DOSSIER

This is presented in the form of testimony transcripts, diary and magazine excerpts in the case of Hollis Todd, a man patterned on Howard Hughes, who discovered that he has 72 hours to live if he didn't receive a heart transplant. He is flown to a Los Angeles hospital which is frantically trying to find a perfect match. It providentially turns up in the corpse of one Tony Polanski, ex-Olympic champ who had recently been confined to a wheelchair until his bizarre, timely accident. The operation is-a success but one doctor believes the donor shouldn't have died. A chilling postoperative post-mortem.
