NEVER SAY DIET

In combination with the illustrations of R. Taylor, this is a fine distorting mirror for the hazards and ordeals of the self-conscious corpulent. Mr. Ford is most generous in sharing his live older, look longer diet plan and Dr. Schlump's calorie counter (which makes up the front and end papers of the book) and also in giving his findigs about other facts of reducing: -- it can be fun, what is behind your stomach -- and what is in front of it, worry as a reducer, wiles for avoiding restricted foods. A recognizable Ford model, this is fun by the tonnage for plus sales.
