NEEDED -- WOMEN IN GOVERNMENT

This is definitely not a book about the women's army, but rather about women in office, factory, professions, engineering, communications -- connected with government at war. It is a cheering book for the young college or high school graduate, and for those with less educational equipment, withability and a will to learn where they can fit into the complex picture where women are increasingly in demand to fill the posts being vacated by men. Today's war has proved that there are jobs women can do better than men; jobs women can do as well. Civil service is the open door. The higher grade intelligence, training and equipment will find a place in teaching, nutrition, translation, public relations, personnel. This book is not a how-to-do-it, but a how-to-go-about finding your niche. Good vocational book for school and public libraries.
