A sequel to The Gay Chariot but not dependent on it for interest. Carries on the adventures of Jerry Gay, when he goes to spend a vacation with his engineer father in Nevada, is robbed on route and forced to hike and work his way west. Plenty of action, elements of a conventional western in his ranching experiences, and a bit of hunting, flying and even hi-jacking. Somewhat overdone.
