SURGEON IN CHARGE

Slighter than her previous books, but good relaxative. There is more love, less medication, in this easily taken rental remedy. Three men in a hospital, all treated by the hospital superintendent, beautiful and impervious. The nephew of the head surgeon neglects his work for her; the refugee pediatrician neglects his wife; while the head surgeon, resentful, prudishly suspicious, finally capitulates and all is well. Rentals.
