CONQUERING THE MAN IN THE STREET

An analysis of the European campaign of propaganda, particularly in Germany, as a case study which we can then use as a basis for surveying the propaganda at home. He studies the best methods of getting things across, the basic principles of group behavior, the forces at work in this country on both sides of the problem. The book is excellent reading and the psychological aspects are sound. It should give the man interested in politics a new slant, an understanding of the game of politics. And it should prove fascinating reading to anyone who likes to see what makes the wheels of our emotional -- and intellectual -- reactions go round.
