NEVER PICK UP HITCH-HIKERS!

Young Willie Banks is the passenger pigeon in question after he thumbs a ride towards a new life away from his overbearing mum. No sooner does the latter-day Candide deliver a package for the driver than he's nearly done in by an incendiary bomb. When a wanted bank robber then appears to have been a victim of the fire in Willie's stead, the ""incurably incident-prone"" Willie and his girl Calli go about trying to recover a quarter of a million quid in missing loot. Random wayfarer whimsy.
