THE CASE OF THE HALF-WAKENED WIFE

A couple of surprises avert an almost certain defeat for Perry as he determines to clear a woman of the charge of murdering her husband. Perry, Della and Paul are sure of getting counter-evidence, but are completely outwitted, and Perry and Paul are sued by the woman they suspect. Versus personal and professional disgrace, Perry produces a win when he turns the circumstantial evidence upside down and clears his client. Trustworthy.
