SADDLEBAG SUMMER

Summer on a ranch in the Colorado Rockies provides its excitements and a change in outlook for Joan and Bruce Browning as they visit their aunt and uncle and cousin. More happens to them, perhaps, than to ordinary people under the same circumstances, for their summer includes, besides the interesting routine of ranch life, a movie which is made on the ranch, and the capture of Jake, one of the hands who turns outlaw. Too, there is Don Cranford, the young district doctor who inspires Bruce to study medicine and Joan to take a medical technician's course- with the prospect of perhaps marrying Don in the future. Ordinary, health-diet reading.
