THE CONTENTED LITTLE PUSSY CAT

A moral little tale of a pussy cat the envy of all his friends because he is so contented and happy. He and his friends are pictured as slick and stereotyped, and the kitten's explanations of his happiness make pretty smug reading. The concepts of happiness seem to this reader fairly adult, and overly concerned with adult ideas of past and future. A ""cute"" book with large type and lots of pictures, but mediocre values.
