The natural joys of the seasons in Southeastern Pennsylvania, set down from spring through winter for Northeasterners in particular to enjoy with recognition. There are notations as to the weather, to the birds and flowers--the affodils and showers of April give way to May and on the eleventh ""birdsong all forefathers did. They are too lively to become museum pieces.... Earlier (1953-North) this civilian-scientist recorded another Arctic experience with much the same meticulous and informed detail.
