THE LERIOS MECCA

The Inquisitor Kereem, dedicated to purifying the Order from the factionalism that has subverted its original purpose of propagating the faith, dispatches the renegade Dirshan to do battle with a Master who has led a clandestine raid against a friendly village. The religion remains curiously colorless but there is action aplenty as Dirshan battles his way toward ultimate confrontation with the enemy, encountering along the way a warrior princess, a beast-god, a tribe that sells him into slavery and other staples of the sword and sorcery genre. Dirshan is an appealing hero and devotees should find this a satisfying corrida.
