I have found that the fears of my private party are well founded. . . . A curious pattern of electric surveillance."" No, it's not quite what you think -- but about a computer which is being used to get control of all the money in Switzerland and which picks up a librarian, Grueby, as its victim or ""complete nebbish."" But the preselected patsy resists all kinds of mechanized brutality, kills, escapes, and after much ""in progress compilation"" triumphs. Not really better, but different at any rate.
