But primarily this book is designed to help those wanting to launch cooperatives to find the surest and soundest way to build. First the study club (here is a handbook, ready made), then credit union, buying club, cooperative stores and producing enterprises -- all covered with their rules and laws and by-laws and Constitution. There is some forecasting of further developments in the field, and both the practical and the idealistic aspects are presented.
