Another crash program for that reckless to risky free agent, Patrick Dawlish, as he is approached by the Yard to put an end to crimes with overseas connections. A plane getaway is slowed down by a bomb attempt, a middle aged refugee is found-murdered, and there are several attacks against Dawlish before he localizes an organization whose members are engaged in stolen and smuggled goods....
