THE NATURAL CHILDBIRTH PRIMER

This is a compact handbook which concentrates the information of the earlier Childbirth Without Fear and his other books into a quick reference on expectations for the expectant. His four points -- education, correct breathing, relaxation and mild exercise --are designed to prepare the mind and body of the mother to be for a natural and normal delivery, and 4 diagrams, 32 photographs and a chart of labor stages accompany the bare-bones of the text. There is a section on the hygiene of pregnancy and some words on husbands and wearing apparel. This could be plus sale with the other titles. Advocates of this do-it-yourself program will find this a ready companion.
