MY DENTIST

This companion to My Doctor shows the dentist's chair and tools with a chilly clarity that is not much relieved by the smudgy blue watercolor or even by the gap-toothed little gift who has her teeth cleaned here and picks out a prize at the end--but doesn't have any cavities today. She's ""glad,"" but patients who have already met the drill won't be so easily put off. Still, it's an accurate preview for first timers who can feel forearmed with foreknowledge.
