RIDING WITH REKA

A fifteen year old English girl wrote this account of the life of a horse, following him through various experiences with various types of owners, showing how he was trained, mishandled and given the bad habit of rearing, and of the years that passed before he fell into loving hands and was cured of the trick. The story is slight, following somewhat the BLACK BEAUTY pattern, but the factual material about training and the psychology of handling a horse will prove valuable and interesting to anyone concerned in riding and owning horses.
