BLUE TREASURE

A mystery story, in which 16-year old Anne inherits a house in Bermuda, where she must live for a year and a day continuously. Other possible heirs try to frighten her away, but she discovers the cause of their anxiety, reveals -- under a bad portrait -- a Vermeer, and insures the future of the whole family by its sale. Nice family, scatter-brained but likable girl, good Bermuda atmosphere.
