AGE OF NOON

In fluid, Freudian recall, here are the emotional and erotic experiences of Anna, the confusion of the ""age of noon.. no longer child nor yet woman"". Of Russian Jewish parentage, Anna became a dancer; had her first real love affair with Dan, liable, unstable; was stimulated (latently Lesbian) in her friendship with the ""v Tess; married Steve who seemed to make her feel safe after Dan and Tess, but bored eventually; had an affair with Lonnie which too reached satiety; and lost Steve during the war... One of those intensely intimate, emotionally expansive probes of a woman internal activities and external outlets which belongs in a diary- not a novel.
