ODDS ON MISS SEETON

Miss Seeton's brolly is in mad play again, along with the business end of an uncustomary fur stole, and her pocketbook. The elderly Zasu Pitts of Scotland Yard, a former drawing mistress, undoes a casino syndicate and fixes a horse race while perennially confused as to just what she's about. Regarding the plot, as one of her police admirers muses on quite another matter, ""Best keep it light and a bit flip and hope for the best"" since Miss Seeton's the prime attraction here and she holds the pace.
