INVITATION TO EXPERIMENT

An attempt to interest people in physics by simple experiments illustrative of physical laws. Too often the laws themselves are not made clear, nor will this book answer the ""why?"" of a boy or girl. A child old enough to be interested in this sort of book can get better and more satisfying knowledge from his physics textbook. Adults, however, should find this book provocative and interesting.
