FIREGOLD

A tight-groined aviation adventure in which itinerant commercial pilot Peter White finds himself practically running both sides of an Indonesian civil war with the aid of girl insurgent Annie--although the ""liberty"" being pursued is a lot less abstract than that cache of gold and gems hidden in a not quite extinct volcano crater. You can hang your military cap on the flight lingo and geographical bas relief even if the action's more Boys' Life than True.
