BOOM TOWN

Might sell to western fans, though it has more substance than that would indicate. The story of a prospector, cursed with bad luck, who can't believe it when he strikes it rich -- and almost throws his chances away. But he runs up against a young and lonely assayer, and together they follow through and find themselves headed for fabulous riches. Just how a mining boom gets under way, the effect on all who have a part in it, the building of a boom town, makes a good yarn, with enough of adventure and romance to weld it into a story.
