THE LEO WYOMING CAPER

This caper, which could easily trip you up dead sober, is a kind of marathon oddball stunt about fat, gray, and balding Leo Wyoming, an ""old hippie"" of 35 as well as a weirdo millionaire, who disappears. Best he should get lost. Anyway this takes place after he stages an ""art happening"" in Dallas--the reenactment of the JFK assassination on film--and one actor (a man playing the part of Jackie) is murdered. Shall we go on? Mandelkau does, with hyperkinetic fervor, sometimes merging fantasy and reality, and Leo Wyoming is a happier if poorer man by the close when he learns he's been kidnapped. Z like in zany? nope, more like in zilch.
